Saturday morning plans = pilates + matcha
Start the day with a 30 minute energizing mat pilates class. Afterward, customize your post-workout drink at our make-your-own matcha bar. We will have everything you need to create an iced matcha latte (regular tea also available), packed with antioxidants for the perfect post-pilates boost. Unwind, connect, sip, and enjoy light refreshments.
To top it all off, complete your pilates aesthetic with an exclusive pair of "pilates + matcha" crew grip socks and stickers to take home.

Flowers meet fitness in this fun Saturday morning class! Energize, strengthen, and tone the body in an all-levels barre and mat pilates workout. Then head to our flower bar to design your own custom bouquet to take home.

Join us for a peaceful morning at Two Meadow Farm (just 4 minutes from Glow Fitness) for an outdoor yoga flow. This all-levels yoga session invites you to slow down, stretch, and enjoy the fresh air. After class, enjoy tea and light refreshments while connecting with others at the farm. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this is the perfect way to unwind and recharge.
Please note this event is RAIN OR SHINE
*Please bring your own yoga mat and dress appropriately for the weather. In the case of rain, we will be under a barn roof
