May Event

Our first ever collaboration with Forget Me Not Flower Shop, our neighboring business in North Haven! Enjoy a 30 minute pilates workout with Jess, followed by a flower arranging class instructed by Forget Me Not. Learn to assemble a beautiful wooden box arrangement, which you will take home at the end. All materials provided.

June Event

What's better than pilates and wine? Strengthen the core, tone the body, and then enjoy a glass of small-batch wine or cider! North Haven’s first micro winery, Valor Wines, will host us for our semi-annual Pinot & Pilates event. Event ticket purchase includes 45 minute pilates class and one glass of wine or hard cider.
All levels welcome! Please note this event is held at the winery, not at the studio. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat with you. Event will be held outdoors if the weather is nice, or inside the winery in the case of rain.

Early Bird Ticket: $30 (through June 1st)

Regular Ticket: $35 (beginning June 2nd)

Unlimited Membership

With the Unlimited Monthly Membership, you get unlimited classes and a 10% discount on all GLOW FITNESS brand apparel. If you take three classes per week or more, this deal is for you. $165 per month with autopay.
