Barre & Pilates Classes

  • GLOW BARRE

    Glow Barre is our signature barre class. Tone and sculpt your body with graceful yet challenging sequences for both the arms and the legs. All levels welcome & modifications offered.

  • MAT PILATES

    Mat Pilates is our signature pilates class that fuses classic Stott pilates with contemporary fitness to strengthen the core, tone the body, improve flexibility and balance, and challenge your mind-body awareness. All levels welcome & modifications offered.

  • BARRE-LATES

    Barre-Lates is the best of both worlds: half the class at the barre, half the class on the mat. At the barre, we will work on toning and sculpting the legs. On the mat, we will switch into pilates to strengthen the core, improve body alignment and posture, and challenge mindbody awareness. All levels welcome and modifications offered.

  • POWER BARRE

    Power Barre is a fast-paced class that combines squats, pliés, and pulses along with barre-less moves, resistance bands, and cardio bursts. Class ends with 5-10 minutes of core strength on the mat. This class will challenge your endurance and make you sweat! This is an intermediate/challenging class.

  • ADVANCED PILATES

    This class takes Mat Pilates to the next level. You can expect a combination of classic Stott Pilates and contemporary fitness with an emphasis on core strength and correct technique. You will see familiar exercises from Mat Pilates, as well as moves that require more coordination, more plank sequences, and faster transitions. If Mat Pilates feels easy, this class is for you.

  • POWER BARRE-LATES

    Power Barre and Mat Pilates combined…but leveled up! This class is half at the barre, half on the mat. The barre half consists of fast-paced squats, pliés, and pulses, with many bursts of cardio. The second half of class includes core work, planks, and full-body toning, moving at a faster pace than regular Mat Pilates. This is an intermediate level class.

  • TONED ARMS & ABS

    Toned Arms & Abs is a quick but challenging 30 minute workout focused entirely on the core, arms, and shoulders. This class combines body weight pilates exercises with resistance bands, toning balls, dumbbells, or other props to build strength and sculpt the arms and abs. All levels welcome & modifications offered. 

  • TONED BOTTOM

    Toned Bottom is a quick but challenging 30 minute workout focused entirely on the bottom half: hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. This class combines body weight pilates exercises with resistance bands, toning balls, dumbbells, and other props to build strength and sculpt the bottom. All levels welcome & modifications offered.

  • HIIT PILATES

    This HIIT-style (high intensity interval training) pilates class will challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up. HIIT Pilates uses a tabata format: 20 seconds of low-impact exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, for multiple rounds. This class ends in savasana with chilled towels! All levels welcome and modifications offered.

  • BARRE STRETCH

    Sculpt the legs and build muscle endurance with challenging sequences at the barre. Then release tension and improve flexibility by holding deep stretches in the second half of class. All levels welcome.

  • GENTLE PILATES

    Gentle Pilates is meant for those who would like to practice Mat Pilates at a slower pace. This class can help improve your posture and alignment, flexibility and balance, and mindbody awareness, while being mindful of physical limitations. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, all are welcome in this gentle class.

  • S T R E T C H

    Improve your flexibility and mobility, help with muscle recovery, and relieve stress! You will be guided through a stretching and/or foam rolling routine to stretch and release tension in each area of the body. A relaxed and laid-back class. All are welcome. 

  • PILATES SCULPT (new!)

    Sculpt the body from head to toe in this contemporary pilates class using wrist and/or ankle weights as well as dumbbells. Weighted movements tone the muscles while keeping the heart rate up. Intermediate level class - expect a challenge. Few modifications offered.

  • REFORMER BOARD PILATES (new!)

    The reformer board is a low-tech version of a pilates reformer machine. We’ll use this board to amplify a regular mat pilates workout, adding more core strength, coordination, and cardio to each move. We will follow a similar sequence each class. Intermediate level class. Modifications not offered.

  • LATE NIGHT MASHUP (new!)

    One friday per month: Kick off your weekend at Glow Fitness! This late night workout has it all: pumped-up cardio, barre, pilates, yoga and stretching. End in savasana with chilled towels. All levels welcome.

Hot Classes

  • HOT BARRE

    Our signature Glow Barre class...but hot! Tone and sculpt your body at the barre with a mixture of graceful and challenging sequences in a warm studio (85-90 degrees). Be prepared to sweat.

  • HOT PILATES

    Our signature Mat Pilates class...but hot! This class fuses classic Stott pilates with contemporary fitness to strengthen the core, tone the body, improve flexibility and balance, and challenge your mind-body awareness. Studio will be warm: heated to 85-90 degrees.

Why work out in the heat?

Doing exercise in the heat helps to warm up the muscles faster, increases flexibility, and challenges your heart and lungs, making the workout more intense. Sweating improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins, and nourishes the skin. Our studio is heated to 80-85 degrees for the hot/warm classes.

Yoga Classes

  • MINDFUL YOGA

    Ease into your week with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow. You can expect movement and stretching combined with breathwork in a soothing and meditative atmosphere. Perfect for beginners or those looking for a relaxing flow.

  • YIN YOGA

    End your night with relaxation and peace. This class combines slow, deep stretches and restorative postures with a light meditation practice. The studio will be dimly lit and may be gently heated to provide warmth as the body fully relaxes. All are welcome.
