Jessica
Owner & Lead Instructor
I’m Jessica, the owner of Glow Fitness. My passion for pilates and barre began after college when I began to lose motivation to “go to the gym”. I found myself paying for a membership that I hardly used. After joining a small studio, I fell in love with the group fitness setting. The classes held me accountable, inspired me to challenge myself, and reignited my motivation to be healthy and fit. I began looking forward to my workouts and enjoyed being part of a fitness community. I hope to bring that same passion and motivation to all of my clients. I truly believe in the power of a good workout - to boost your physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Aside from fitness business owner, I am an animal lover, world traveler, avid coffee drinker, and holistic nutrition enthusiast.

Barre-Lates Instructor
I have always enjoyed working out for as long as I can remember, but nothing makes me feel as good as when I walk out of a group fitness class. I love to work out in a no-judgement, supportive environment where I can try and be my best self, which is exactly how I want my classes to feel for others. I want to inspire everyone to see fitness as the best part of their day and something they look forward to. Outside of the studio, I love to be in nature, see as much wildlife as I can, and enjoy a really good cup of tea.
Heather is trained in barre and pilates and has been a member of Glow Fitness for years.

HIIT Pilates Instructor
I'm Maddie! I am a dedicated Pilates instructor with a passion for guiding individuals toward their wellness goals through mindful movement. The classes I teach emphasize proper alignment, core strength, and overall body awareness. I love to create a fun and welcoming experience for everyone who comes to my class! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I customize each session to address your individual needs, promoting both physical and mental strength. I am so excited to be a part of the Glow Fitness team and cant wait to get to know everyone!

Yoga Instructor
London is a passionate movement + meditation instructor, with over fifteen years of experience on the mat.
She draws inspiration from the styles of hatha, vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga. Guided by the belief that yoga is for every body, London emphasizes inclusivity, gentle alignment, and breath work. Her classes are dynamic and designed to empower students to listen to their bodies, release tension and find balance -on and off the mat. When not leading classes, London enjoys ocean adventures, writing poetry and traveling the world. -
Diana
Barre Sub
Diana Emond has been a Barre and Pilates instructor since 2015. Diana is a Total Barre Certified Instructor and has received specialized training in Stott Reformer Pilates, TRX, Piloxing Barre, and HALO Trainer. Diana’s passion for fitness is rooted in her years of being a dancer and athlete. She began her training as a fitness instructor in the midst of a career change and quickly developed a love for connecting with others through the teaching of group fitness. Diana believes that fitness can strengthen the body, mind, and soul. She incorporates this mindset into her teaching method. Diana aims to create classes that are challenging, fun, and assist clients in achieving their fitness goals. Besides being a fitness enthusiast, Diana is a certified School Counselor, a mom, an avid baker and a coffee addict.

Marissa
Barre / Pilates Sub
Marissa is trained in barre and pilates and has years of experience as both an instructor and as a practitioner. Marissa’s classes are challenging but fun! After welcoming her first baby boy, Marissa has stepped back from her weekly Barre-Lates class but remains a sub instructor at Glow Fitness.
