Step 1: Reach out! Let’s pick pick a date and time

Step 2: Pick your workout. You can choose any of the classes we offer or request something customized.

Step 3: Extras: Let us know what kind of music you want or if this is a themed event. Decorations, food, and beverages can all be added for an additional charge.

Step 4: Reserve the studio. Pay a studio reservation fee of $50. Each attendee pays a reduced drop-in rate of $15.
